Stage one:

Initial client consultation to view the garden and discuss their aspirations and requirements for their outside space.  After this meeting, a design proposal will be sent, outlining the design process and fee structure

 

Stage two:

Once the proposal has been accepted, a full measured site survey and analysis will be carried out. From the survey, a scaled concept design will be drawn of your proposed  new garden. This is accompanied by visuals and material samples. After any amendments are made, a scaled planting plan and any necessary construction drawings are drawn.

 

Stage Three:

A tender document will be prepared and sent to approved professional contractors for quotations. Once a contractor has been selected we’ll project manage the build with regular site visits and act as a liaison between the client and the contractor.

 

Stage Four:

Once the hard landscaping is complete, the planting will commence as detailed in the planting plan.
